What Currencies are available on the Stanbic IBTC Bank Credit Card?
The Stanbic IBTC Bank credit card is available in Naira and USD denominated variants.
What products do we have under the Credit Cards?
Naira Gold, USD Gold, Naira Infinite, USD Infinite, Naira Platinum, USD Platinum, Naira Corporate, USD Corporate, Naira Silver.
What is the validity period of a Credit Card?
The Credit Card is valid for three (3) years and auto-renewable. However, this is subject to customer meeting the repayment plans.
Does a customer need collateral to apply for a Stanbic IBTC Credit Card?
No collateral is required.
What is the interest rate on a Stanbic IBTC Credit Card?
The interest rate on Naira Credit Cards is 36% per annum and 30% per annum on USD Credit Cards. However, you can enjoy up to 55 days interest-free on POS and WEB transactions. Simply make repayment before the 25th of the next month after the transactions. Cash withdrawal attracts instant interest charge.
What fee is applicable on ATM transactions?
N65 after the 3rd ATM cash withdrawal in a month on other banks ATMs and $2.50 on International banks ATMs

What fee is applicable on POS transactions?
You pay no fees for POS transactions. 
What fee is applicable for WEB transactions?
You pay no fees for WEB transactions.  
What limit can I have on my Credit Card?
You can access credit of up to 100% of your net monthly income. However, customers’ ability to make monthly repayment will be considered.
